We want to make working with us as straight-forward as possible. That’s why we use a case management system that offers an easy-to-use client app to help you keep up to date with your case.

The Clio client app gives you the tools you need to view progress with your case, access documents and keep in touch, all at the touch of a button.

Download the app

We’ll send you an app invitation email. Click the link in that email to download the app, or use the links at the top of this page.

Confirm your details

Once the app has downloaded, it will ask you to confirm your details. Please enter the same email address you used on your client intake form.

Login to the app

Once your email has been confirmed, you’ll be able to log in to the app and see everything we’ve shared with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, the app is free to download and you won’t have to pay a subscription to use it.

The Clio client app is available on iOS devices (iOs 11 onwards) and Android devices (version 8.0 onwards). There is not currently a desktop version of the app.

The Clio client app has been designed with your privacy in mind. All messages and documents are sent securely between you and your solicitor. You can also choose to set a privacy lock on the app using either your fingerprint or your face ID, depending on which device you are using.

If you’re currently dealing with more than one case, the Clio client app will be able to keep track of multiple matters for you. You will also be able to use the app to communicate with other legal professionals and see updates on cases they are handling for you, as long as they are also using the Clio case management system.
